TEXAS, September 24, 2026. ENG Contracting LLC today opened registration for trade contractors and suppliers interested in working with the company on federal, State of Texas, and public-sector facility projects. Registration is available at engcontracting.com and is open to any qualified firm. ENG is actively qualifying trade partners so that bid invitations can be issued as opportunities develop.
ENG is structured to self-perform general construction and to coordinate prequalified trade partners for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, elevator, generator, roofing, and specialty scopes. Registered firms are prequalified on safety, past performance, bonding and insurance capacity, and financial stability, and receive bid invitations by email for matching trades and regions.
"ENG selects on performance, and we want the best trade contractors and suppliers in Texas to know the door is open," said Michael Gonzalez, President and Managing Member. "We are also a veteran-owned small business, and we are making a point of inviting firms like ours to register. Our Small Business Partnership Program is built to help them win their first ENG subcontract and grow on the next one."
The Small Business Partnership Program is open to veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, minority-owned, women-owned, Texas HUB-certified, and other small trade contractors and suppliers. Members receive priority notice of bid opportunities, pre-bid scope reviews, help with government subcontract paperwork, right-sized scopes on early projects, and prompt payment.
ENG's vendor code of conduct, selection criteria, and transacting process are published on the company's website. The company never charges a fee to register, bid, or be awarded work.
