ENG Contracting

ENG's standard

ENG competes on performance and price. It does not seek advantage any other way, and it does not tolerate it from the people who work with it.

As a contractor to federal, state, and local governments, ENG is subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Texas Government Code, procurement integrity rules, and the labor, wage, and reporting requirements that come with public money. Compliance with those rules is a condition of employment at ENG and a condition of every subcontract and purchase order it issues.

Commitments

  • No gifts, gratuities, or favors to government personnel, and none accepted from vendors seeking work
  • Accurate certifications, representations, and invoices on every contract
  • Compliance with Davis-Bacon, Service Contract Act, and Texas prevailing wage requirements, with certified payroll on time
  • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify required for every ENG hire and every subcontractor
  • Strict avoidance of organizational and personal conflicts of interest
  • Protection of controlled unclassified information and owner data
  • Equal opportunity and a workplace free of harassment and discrimination
  • Cooperation with owner audits, inspections, and investigations
Report a concern.

Anyone, including employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and government personnel, may report a suspected violation of law, contract, or this standard to ENG leadership at office@engcontracting.com. Reports may be made anonymously. ENG does not retaliate against anyone who reports in good faith.

Fraud notice.

ENG never charges a fee to register, bid, or be awarded work, and never requests payment, gift cards, or banking credentials by email or text. If someone claiming to represent ENG asks you for money, report it to the address above and do not respond to the request.

The vendor code of conduct applies the same standard to every trade partner.
