Assigned response
ENG's model assigns a crew and field leadership to each facility support contract, with after-hours and emergency coverage defined in the contract and honored in practice.
Most of what a building needs never shows up in a capital plan. It shows up as a service order at 7:10 on a Tuesday morning. ENG's facility support service is structured for that reality: a crew assigned to the contract, a stocked truck, field leadership who learns the building, and a response time the owner can count on.
ENG is structured to perform recurring preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, emergency response, and base operations support functions across the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of occupied facilities. The service is delivered under facility support contracts with negotiated response times, under job order contracts priced against a unit price book, and on purchase orders for individual repairs.
ENG's delivery model requires that the work be documented. Every service order gets a work record, photos, and a closeout, so the owner has a maintenance history the next budget can be built on.

On job order contracts, ENG prices task orders transparently against the unit price book and documents quantities so the owner can audit every line.
