How we work
ENG is small enough that everyone knows the president and the president knows everyone. Decisions are made quickly, problems are raised early, and credit goes to the people who earn it. The company is organized around the project: field leadership that owns the site, a project manager who owns the schedule and the owner relationship, and crews who own their work.
The work itself is in occupied government facilities, which means it is planned, contained, and respectful of the people around it. ENG's hiring standard is people who can do that well, and its policy is to treat them accordingly.
