Why veterans first
ENG was founded by a veteran, and veterans are the first place it looks for superintendents, project managers, and craft workers. The habits service builds, accountability, planning, and calm under pressure, are the habits that make occupied-facility work go well.
Military facility, engineering, and maintenance experience translates directly. Civil engineers, seabees, RED HORSE and Prime BEEF airmen, utilities and HVAC technicians, electricians, and facility managers already know how to keep a building running under conditions harder than most job sites. ENG recognizes that training and experience toward craft qualifications and supervisory roles.
ENG gives hiring preference to veterans and military spouses, supports Guard and Reserve service obligations, and works with veteran employment programs across Texas to find its people.
