Coordinated specialty trades
Prequalified, licensed trade partners for each system, working under ENG's field leadership, schedule, safety plan, and quality control.
Building systems fail in ways that stop a mission: a chiller in August, a generator that does not transfer, a fire alarm panel in trouble, an elevator out of service in a clinic tower. ENG is structured to deliver the repair, replacement, and upgrade of those systems as one contractor, with the specialty trades the work requires.
ENG coordinates mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, and controls work through its own supervision and its prequalified trade partners. Elevator and generator systems are delivered through qualified specialty partners with the licenses and manufacturer relationships the work requires, under ENG's project management, safety plan, and quality control.
The result for the owner is a single point of accountability for systems work that would otherwise mean four contracts and four schedules.

Every shutdown planned with the owner: duration, affected areas, temporary measures, notifications, and a tested plan to restore service.
Startup, testing, and documentation with the owner's engineers and commissioning agent, so the system performs and the record shows it.
ENG's building systems service is written for VA medical centers, installations, GSA buildings, ports of entry, state and university facilities, courthouses and municipal buildings, and schools.
ENG performs this service under facility support contracts, job order and task order contracts, SABER and IDIQ vehicles, cooperative purchasing contracts, purchase orders, and stand-alone projects, as a prime contractor, as a subcontractor to a prime, or as a teaming partner.
