Learn moreENG Contracting LLC is a government and public-sector facilities contractor headquartered in Texas, with offices in Austin, Dallas, Edinburg, and Houston, Texas, and Washington, DC. ENG's work encompasses facility support, repair, renovation, modernization, construction, building systems, and project delivery for federal, State of Texas, and public institutions.
ENG was formed in September 2026 by Michael Gonzalez, a veteran, and is organized from inception around the disciplines serious government contracting requires: a written safety program, a three-phase quality control framework, documented project delivery, compliance systems for federal and Texas public work, and a subcontractor and supplier qualification process. The company is new. Its preparation, standards, and systems are not improvised.
ENG is designed to occupy whichever contractual position an opportunity calls for: prime contractor on a direct award, general contractor where a project requires one, subcontractor to a large prime meeting a subcontracting requirement, or teaming partner to another contractor. The standard of performance is the same in every seat.

ENG stands for Earned. Never Given.
It is how veterans think about rank, trust, and reputation, and it is how ENG thinks about contracts. Nobody owes a contractor the next task order. It is earned on the last one by doing what was said, on the day it was said, at the price that was said, and by leaving the facility staff glad the contractor was there.
The name is also a standard for the people ENG hires and the firms it subcontracts to. ENG selects on performance, pays on time, and expects the same discipline from every crew on site that a facility manager expects from the company itself.
