ENG is structured to be easy to buy from. This page describes the channels through which federal, State of Texas, and local public owners can contract with ENG directly, and the ways prime contractors and other firms can bring ENG onto a team.
Federal contracting officers
ENG pursues facility support, JOC and SABER task orders, IDIQ awards, and small projects in its NAICS codes. ENG is veteran-owned; its SDVOSB application is in process, and this site will state when it is certified. Sources sought responses, capability statements, and past performance for ENG's leadership are available on request.
State of Texas purchasers
ENG pursues direct work with state agencies and universities through state procurement and the Centralized Master Bidders List. ENG's VetHUB application is in process; when certified, ENG will appear in the HUB directory for sourcing and good-faith effort documentation.
Counties, cities, and school districts
ENG pursues JOC, cooperative purchasing, and stand-alone projects with local governments and school districts, and subcontracts on bond programs, positioned on its veteran ownership and its ability to perform.
Prime contractors and teaming partners
ENG joins general contractors, joint ventures, and base operations primes as a performing subcontractor or teaming partner carrying a defined scope under its own supervision, with participation documentation delivered on time.
