Phasing plan
Written with the owner before mobilization: closures, egress, containment, outages, and notifications, so the building's occupants always know what is happening and when.
Deferred maintenance eventually becomes a renovation: a clinic that needs a full interior renewal, an envelope that has to be resealed, an air handler that has to come out of a mechanical room never designed for it to leave. ENG is structured to deliver that work in occupied buildings, phase by phase, around the mission.
Renovation work is where planning matters most. ENG's delivery model requires a phasing plan built with the owner before mobilization: which areas close and when, how egress is protected, how dust and noise are contained, when utility outages happen and who is notified. On healthcare projects the plan includes an Infection Control Risk Assessment and Interim Life Safety Measures reviewed with infection prevention and facility safety staff.
ENG is structured to self-perform general construction and to coordinate prequalified trade subcontractors for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty systems, under one schedule and one quality control program.

Hard barriers, negative air, HEPA filtration, and daily cleaning on healthcare and occupied work, with ICRA and ILSM documentation maintained throughout.
Self-performed and subcontracted work run on one integrated schedule with weekly owner updates and a closeout package that is complete at substantial completion.
ENG's renovation and modernization service is written for VA medical centers and outpatient clinics, military installations, GSA and civilian agency buildings, state agencies and universities, counties and municipalities, and school districts.
ENG performs this service under facility support contracts, job order and task order contracts, SABER and IDIQ vehicles, cooperative purchasing contracts, purchase orders, and stand-alone projects, as a prime contractor, as a subcontractor to a prime, or as a teaming partner.
