ENG is structured to self-perform general construction, carpentry, and maintenance work, and is building crews of skilled craft workers who can move between trades on a facility support contract: a leak in the morning, a door in the afternoon, a ceiling grid the next day.

What we look for
- Trade skill and the judgment to know when a repair needs a specialist
- OSHA 10 or the willingness to earn it in the first week
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check for facility access
- Respect for the people in the buildings we work in
- Reliability: showing up, on time, every day
ENG's policy is to support trade certifications, OSHA training, and apprenticeship for craft workers who want to grow.
