Field leadership on site
ENG's delivery model places field leadership appropriate to the project on site, with authority over safety, schedule, and quality.
The owner's experience of a contractor comes down to a few questions. Did the work start when they said? Did the building keep operating? Did the price hold? Was the closeout complete? ENG's delivery model is built to answer yes to each one.
ENG walks the site with the facility manager, confirms the scope, identifies constraints (occupancy, hours, access, outages), and documents existing conditions with photos.
A clear scope, a schedule the owner can plan around, and a price broken out by feature of work. On job order contracts, a unit-price proposal against the price book with quantities shown.
Safety plan, phasing plan, submittals, permits, ICRA and ILSM where required, subcontractor buyout, and a preconstruction meeting with the owner before mobilization.
Field leadership appropriate to the project on site. Daily reports, three-phase quality control, weekly schedule updates, and same-business-day answers from the project manager.
Punch list, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, training, and final cleaning delivered at substantial completion, not months later.
ENG is structured to self-perform general construction, carpentry, and finish work and to coordinate prequalified trade partners for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, elevator, generator, roofing, and specialty scopes. Every subcontractor works under ENG's safety plan, schedule, and quality control.

Project managers return owner calls and emails the same business day. Schedule changes are communicated before they happen, not after.
The closeout package is assembled during the project, not after it, and delivered at substantial completion.
