What ENG expects
ENG's trade partners work inside occupied government buildings. Every crew on site represents ENG to the owner and to the people who use the building. ENG expects the following from every trade contractor, and holds itself to the same standard.
- A written safety program, an EMR under 1.0 or an explanation, and OSHA 10 for every worker on site
- Licensed and insured for the scope, with certificates in hand before mobilization
- Bondable for subcontracts that require it
- E-Verify enrollment and a drug-free workplace policy
- Certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance where the contract requires it
- Submittals, RFIs, and billings on the dates in the subcontract
- Crews that respect the facility, its staff, and its occupants
